The MRC e-Global Sourcing Mission (e-GSM) in conjunction with International Rubber Glove Conference and Exhibition (IRGCE) 2026 will provide a virtual business matching programme to facilitate new business and networking opportunities by connecting international buyers, importers and distributors looking to source for quality rubber products from Malaysian manufacturers.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are issued by the Malaysian Rubber Council (hereinafter referred to as “MRC”).

Eligibility and Approval

MRC reserves the right to select and approve applicants based on eligibility criteria fulfilled by the applicants, including, but not limited to, business profile, sourcing requirements, and relevance to the programme.

Participation Confirmation

Submission of the registration form does not guarantee participation. Participants will be notified via an official confirmation email upon approval by the e-GSM 2026 Secretariat.

Virtual Participation

This programme will be conducted via an online platform. Participants are responsible for ensuring stable internet connectivity and access to the required platform.

Conduct of Participants

Participants shall not engage in unauthorised solicitation, selling, or promotional activities outside the intended scope of the business matching programme. MRC reserves the right to withdraw any participant who violates this condition.

Absence of Physical Benefits

Participation in e-GSM 2026 does not include any travel, accommodation, or physical event benefits.

Cancellations and Changes

Any cancellations and/or request for changes must be submitted in writing at least four (4) weeks prior to the event.

Application Requirements

Participants must submit their application to participate in the e-GSM 2026 via the Buyer Registration Form before the stipulated deadline. MRC reserves the right to request supporting documents during the evaluation process prior to approval process.

Data Protection

By submitting this form, participants consent to the collection, use, and processing of personal data by MRC in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and MRC’s privacy policies. Buyers’ contact details shall not be revealed to any third party unless provided to exhibitors at MRC's own discretion.

Force Majeure

MRC shall not be liable for any delay, disruption, or cancellation of the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or other unforeseen events.

Limitation of Liability

MRC shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or expenses incurred by participants arising from participation in and during the programme.

Amendments

MRC reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Disqualification

MRC reserves the rights to immediately disqualify any participant found to be abusing the above terms and conditions stated.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
