By participating in the Global Sourcing Mission (GSM), you are obligated to involve in 3 days of the meeting sessions as follows:

Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are issued by the Malaysian Rubber Council (hereinafter referred to as “MRC”).

Eligibility and Approval

MRC reserves the right to select and approve applicants based on the eligibility criteria fulfilled by the applicants, including, but not limited to, business profile, sourcing requirements, and relevance to the programme.

Participation Confirmation

Submission of the registration form does not guarantee participation. Applicants will be notified via an official confirmation email upon approval by the GSM 2026 Secretariat.

Conduct of Participants

Participants shall not engage in unauthorised solicitation, selling, or promotional activities outside the intended scope of the business matching programme. MRC reserves the right to withdraw any participant who violates this condition.

Travel and Accommodation

Hotel accommodation provided are subject to availability.
Each company is entitled to redeem one (1) complimentary hotel room only.
Hotel accommodation sponsorship is limited to a maximum of three (3) nights from 7–10 September 2026, inclusive of a single room and daily breakfast.
Any additional charges (e.g. room service, use of minibar, extended stay, change of room, additional occupants, etc.) shall be borne by the participant and to be settled upon check-out.
Hotel check-out is at 12:00 PM on the day of departure. Failure to check-out by this time shall result in additional charges imposed by the hotel. Additional charges shall be at the participant’s own expense.

Eligibility for Benefits

Benefits are only applicable to participants travelling from outside Malaysia and attending the event physically at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, Malaysia.
This privilege is non-transferable. Participants must not be exhibitors of IRGCE 2026, or partners/sponsors to, or have affiliation with IRGCE 2026’s exhibitors.

Cancellations and Changes

a. Any cancellation and/or request for changes must be submitted in writing at least four (4) weeks prior to the event.
Late cancellations or no-shows may affect eligibility for future MRC programmes.

Application Requirements

Participants must submit their application via the GSM 2026 Buyer Registration Form before the stipulated deadline. MRC reserves the right to request supporting documents during the evaluation process prior to approval process.

Data Protection

By submitting this form, participants consent to the collection, use, and processing of personal data by MRC in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and MRC’s privacy policies. Participants’ contact details will not be disclosed to any third party unless provided to exhibitors at the MRC's own discretion.

Force Majeure

MRC shall not be liable for any delay, disruption, or cancellation of the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or other unforeseen events.

Limitation of Liability

MRC shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or expenses incurred by participants arising from participation in and during the programme.

Amendments

MRC reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Disqualification

MRC reserves the right to immediately disqualify any participant found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

I hereby declare that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions of this programme.
