MRC Scholarship for Employee Advancement (SEA)
MRC's Scholarship for Employee Advancement (SEA) is designed to support working adults currently serving in the rubber product industry. With a focus on continuous growth, SEA is pivotal in ensuring a promising career path and retaining valuable talent within the industry. This scholarship promotes continuous professional development, nurturing a culture of innovation, research and development (R&D).
What does MRC SEA Award Offer?
- The scholarship covers course fees up to RM30,000
What are the requirements?
- Malaysian citizen.
- Permanent employee in a rubber product company in Malaysia.
- A minimum of 2 years serving in the current company.
- Recommendation & approval from employer (HOD & HR / MD / CEO).
- Age between 23 to 50 years.
- Not receiving any other scholarship.
- Provide one credible guarantor acceptable to MRC.
FIELD OF STUDIES
- Scholarships are available for the following programmes:
- PhD
- Master's degree
- Bachelor's degree
- Diploma
- Professional certificates
- Courses should be related to the recipient's current role or businesses of the company.
- Secured placement or currently pursuing study in any higher learning institution in Malaysia offering courses recognized by Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) or international accreditation bodies.
