MRC India successfully conducted a Market Visit to Chennai, India, engaging with key stakeholders across various sectors. A primary focus of the visit was to address challenges faced by Indian importers of Malaysian medical gloves and explore avenues for collaboration to enhance healthcare standards.
One of the programmes during the Market Visit was a courtesy call on His Excellency K. Saravana Kumar, Consul General of Malaysia, and Mr. Wan Ahmad Tarmizi, Consul Trade, where discussions centered on the aforementioned challenges and potential collaborations between Malaysian manufacturers and the southern Indian market.
In parallel, productive meetings were also held with the Tamil Nadu Small & Tiny Industries Association (TANSTIA) to explore opportunities in the rubber automotive components sector. The council also engaged with Dr. S. Ani Grace Kalaimathi, Registrar of the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council (TNMC), and President of The Trained Nurses’ Association of India (TNAI), to promote the use of high-quality Malaysian medical gloves.
Furthermore, MRC India had the opportunity to interact with leading healthcare institutions such as St. Isabel Hospital, Kauvery Hospital, Apollo School of Nursing, and Dr. M G R University. These discussions underscored the critical role of medical gloves in preventing infectious diseases and encouraged these institutions to prioritize the use of high-quality Malaysian products.

The Malaysian Rubber Council (MRC) was thrilled to participate in the Beijing International Clean Technology and Equipment Exhibition (CLEANTAE) from May 23-25, 2024. This prestigious event was held at the China Exhibition and Convention Center.
We were located in Hall E3 at Booth 688A. Visitors had the opportunity to discover the high-quality cleanroom rubber products proudly made in Malaysia. Our products are designed to meet the rigorous standards of the cleanroom industry, ensuring top-notch performance and reliability.
Attendees explored the innovative solutions MRC offers and learned why no one knows rubber like Malaysia does.

MRC has successfully organised three educational seminars in Coimbatore City, Tamil Nadu
MRC recently has successfully organised three educational seminars in Coimbatore City, Tamil Nadu, at the following locations: GEM Institute of Nursing Education & Research, KMCH College of Nursing, and Ganga Institute of Health Sciences. The seminars were attended by a total of 540 participants from all three seminars respectively. Thank you to all participants for giving us your 100% attention during the seminar. MRC Explores Market Opportunities for Rubber Products in the United Arab Emirates
The Malaysian Rubber Council (MRC) successfully concluded market visit to the United Arab Emirates from 27 January - 1 February 2024.
As part of the visit, MRC delegation led by the Chairman, YBhg. Dato’ Sri Mohamad Suparadi Bin Md Noor and accompanied by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mr Muhammad Eizaaz Bin Muhammad Redzuan paid a courtesy visit to the Consul General of Malaysia in Dubai, Mr. Mohd Fadly Amri Aliaman. During the meeting, MRC delegates discussed on the market opportunities for Made in Malaysia rubber products and its potentials in the UAE market.
The MRC delegation also visited AMENA Automotive Association and met with its Chairman, Mr Alan Whaley to discuss on potential collaboration in the rubber automotive components sector.
On top of that, MRC’s Chairman and CEO took the opportunity to visit MRC Malaysia Pavilion which housed 17 rubber products companies at the Arab Health 2024 exhibition. The delegation then visited MATRADE’s pavilion and met with the Trade Commissioner, Mr Megat Iskandar Ahmad Dassilah and Assistant Trade Commissioner, Ms. Haslinda Hassan.
To welcome MRC Malaysia pavilion co-exhibitors, MRC also organised a casual but yet memorable networking dinner.
Besides that, MRC delegation was invited for a dinner with the Executive Chairman of Top Glove, Tan Sri Dr. Lim Wee Chai.

MRC is participating in Arab Health 2024, the largest Healthcare Exhibition in Middle East, from 29 Jan - 1 Feb 2024.
Leading 17 rubber medical devices manufacturers and exporters here, we welcome all visitors to visit MRC Malaysia Pavilion at Trade Centre Arena, SA.L19 to further explore on the high quality Made in Malaysia rubber medical devices.
In conjunction with the participation in Arab Health 2024, MRC is also organizing a Market Visit to Dubai, led by the Chairman of MRC, Ybhg. Dato’ Sri Mohamad Suparadi Bin Md Noor and CEO of MRC, Mr Muhammad Eizaaz Bin Muhammad Redzuan.
